This week, I have bowed under the pressure and have released my most requested module!

With carefully selected reference to work from, we are going to be creating this stunning illustration of Hot Air Balloons drifting above a beautiful hilly landscape, peppered with trees and buildings.

We will be painting on top of old maps, something I have always liked doing since I was at Art School. It adds another dimension, I feel it gives the painting a sort of narrative that personalises it too.

The Map paper is a lovely smooth surface to paint on. I think you’ll really enjoy this one!
