Hands down my favourite sketchbook club module so far - steam doodling is so relaxing (it's actually quite hard to stop!), and I couldn't miss the opportunity to paint the background with cold tea! On to painting the details on the tea cups this weekend.

Teacups! I love tea. I have explained to thebuzby that the teacups and steam represent my tea journey throughout the day: from left to right the lovely sunrise of a morning cup of tea, made by thebuzby , through the day, the blander and less appealing tea I make for myself and at the end of the day another lovely explosion of fabulousness when he makes my tea in the evenings. He said “that one looks like a peacock has drowned and has that one got a live octopus coming out of it?” He has totally missed the loving symbolism. The nobber. (He did however make me a smashing cuppa so I will let him off) Anyway this is #sketchbookclubteacups
I'm taking a couple of hours this afternoon to recover from the morning, which was spent uploading hundreds of holiday photos, making a start on sorting the loft, and fixing some broken guttering! I'm back in the Sketchbook Club saddle, doing some steam doodling for the 'teacups' module.
